About the Commission

The Queensland Health Payroll System Commission of Inquiry was established on 13 December 2012 to examine the implementation of the Queensland Health payroll system.

The Honourable Richard Chesterman AO RFD QC has been appointed to conduct the inquiry, which commenced on 1 February 2013.

Under its Terms of Reference, the inquiry is required to report to the Queensland Premier by 31 July 2013.
